Joe Hubbard is the founder, CEO, and President of Integrated Proteins and related companies that manufacture, source, and sell to the pet food market.
Joe has worked in this sector specifically for over ten years and has over fifteen years’ experience in agribusiness and commodities, starting with ADM and DFA (Dairy Farmers of America). He earned his MBA from Rockhurst University and an undergrad from the University of Missouri in agribusiness management.
Joe's companies source and sell products on five continents with offices in Kansas City, Missouri; São Paulo, Brazil; Dublin, Ireland; and Izmir, Turkey. Joe explains, “We create opportunities for our customers by sourcing what they want and need, not just what is easily available. We solve problems for our customers, including formulating a product to meet customer quality requirements.”
He is passionate about family, working with several siblings, and is the proud father of two children. He also loves animals, especially his pets, two cats and five dogs, and being part of the industry that provides them with nutritious food.
