Javier González is an agricultural engineer specializing in zootechnics from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He began his professional career in 1997 in the production and genetic improvement of pigs, as well as in the development of meat quality and control projects.

Subsequently, and for the last 20 years, he has worked in the animal food production industry for human consumption, aquaculture and pets, directing and managing the commercialization of animal fats and proteins. With a great experience and knowledge of the market in Spain and Portugal, he has also specialized in the last decade in the development of international markets, in the EU, South and Central America and Asia.

Focused on knowing and understanding the needs of customers and suppliers, with the aim of developing and reaching with empathy, stable and regular relationships in the long term. He is always receptive to learning new things, innovation, quality, and customer service.

He lives in Madrid with his family, is a nature lover, and in his free time he likes to enjoy the countryside, sports, especially mountain biking and paddle tennis, as well as being a fan of soccer, tennis and many other sports.
