He brings over a decade of operational and financial expertise. His extensive background includes financial management, cost reduction strategies, and organizational leadership. Elton excels in devising and implementing strategies that align with organizational goals while motivating and empowering team members to exceed performance standards and pursue professional growth.
He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Criminal Justice Administration, an MBA, a Master of Science in Finance, and a Doctorate in Business Administration with a specialization in Financial Management.
