With over 20 years in human resources management, D’on finds people to be her passion. She is skilled in employee management, recruitment, retention, compensation, employee health benefits, payroll change management, employee relations, risk mitigation, policy interpretation as well as several additional human resources disciplines.
D’on comes to us from local government and has experience in both private and public entities. She enjoys watching employee solutions come to fruition and finds helping employees to be rewarding. In her spare time, she enjoys playing with her grandchildren and working on remodeling projects.
