In addition to working as a CPA focused on tax, where he has worked closely with business owners for over twenty years, he provides C-suite level services in finance, operations, special projects, and corporate culture.
Charlie has both a Master's and Ph.D. with honors in Anthropology, having studied economic production involving traditional organizations in a transnational setting, providing valuable insights into motivation, reward allocation, and social recognition, which translate well into the business world.
